3. Products & Compatibility Disclaimer

  • We sell products for brands including Kyocera, HP, Canon, Konica Minolta, Fujifilm
  • Customers are responsible for verifying model compatibility before purchase
  • We are not liable for wrong orders placed due to incorrect model selection

4. Pricing & GST

  • All prices are in INR (₹)
  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly mentioned
  • Applicable GST will be added at checkout
  • A valid GST invoice will be provided

GST Compliance:

  • Customers must provide correct GSTIN, billing name, and address
  • Once an invoice is generated, no changes can be made
  • Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility is the responsibility of the buyer

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Pricing errors
    • Stock unavailability
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated only
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery
  • Customers must inspect the package at delivery

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

No Return Conditions (Strict)

We DO NOT accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used toner cartridges
  • Seal broken products
  • Wrong product ordered by customer
  • Electrical items once installed/used

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns/replacements are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged in transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect (verified)

 Return Rules

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Must include unboxing video proof (mandatory for claims)
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund mode: Original payment method

8. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Products carry manufacturer warranty only (if applicable)
  • We do not provide additional warranty unless specified

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

12. Fraud Prevention

  • Cancel suspicious orders
  • Block accounts involved in fraudulent activity

13. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, images, text) belongs to Exact International and is legally protected.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by:

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen events

15. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to Chennai, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction only
